6. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and then click the Properties button.

7. Select Specify an IP address and input the IP address and subnet mask below.

IP address: 192.168.0.2

Subnet Mask: 255. 255. 255. 0

8. Click OK to close the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties dialog box

9. Click OK to close the Local Area Connection Properties dialog box

10. Click the Close Button to close the Local Area Connection Status Dialog Box

11. Restart your computer for the new settings to take effect.
